PILLAR

The PILLAR program promotes democratic citizenship across Eastern Europe and the Balkans by empowering university students through youth-to-youth engagement that enhances participation, fosters fact-based dialogue, and builds resilient civil societies. On the Zoom call, we focus on getting to know you, understanding your goals, share examples of past university partnerships and our roster of partner universities. and learning what caught your attention about our programs.

Understanding Your Needs

We ask thoughtful questions to uncover challenges you're facing and what success looks like for you. Then, we walk you through a tailored presentation with case studies that relate directly to your industry or objective—whether that's sales, recruitment, social impact, or something else.

Follow-Up & Next Steps

After the meeting, we check in to see if you’re interested in exploring the opportunity further. If you are, we send over a detailed proposal outlining how everything would work, and stay in touch to answer questions or set up a follow-up call.
